During July 11-13, 2024, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) hosted the International Conference on Applied Mathematics (ICAM 2024). The conference was organized in collaboration with Mississippi State University (USA), Harbin Normal University (China), and Incheon National University (South Korea).

On May 25, 2024, students of the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Mathematics - Statistics together participated in the final round of the "Recursion Coding Game 2024" competition jointly organized by the two faculties.

Taking place from May 18, 2024 to May 25, 2024 and through three rounds, "Recursion Coding Game 2024" is a competition to students who are capable and passionate about programming to join the team, preparing advancing to the upcoming Student Informatics Olympiad in Hanoi.

On May 22, 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics - Statistics organized the final round of the "Mathematics Competition: Theory and Applications" for students of the Faculty. Participating in the competition are students who achieved high scores in the qualifying round of the competition and are divided into 5 teams.

Currently, the Faculty of Information Technology is organizing the academic competition "RECURSION CODING GAME 2024"  for students of the Faculty of Information Technology and Faculty of Mathematics - Statistics. The competition is not only an opportunity to challenge your programming and problem-solving abilities but also an opportunity to learn from other students.

The students eligible to participate in the final round of the "Mathematics Competition: Theory and Application" (MCTA) - Season 3 is listed below. You will be notified of details about the final round in the near future.

Students who participate in answering questions in the qualifying round will be considered for additional training points. Students track the results of their training points on their personal information page.

Students who participate in the final round will continue to receive training points according to the university's regulations.

Thanks to the support of the lecturers and the enthusiastic participation of the students, the Mathematics Competition: Theory and Application (MCTA) - Season 2 was a great success.In order to continue that success as well as create more playgrounds for students of FMS, now the Organizing Committee (OC) officially announces that the MCTA has returned.
