Thanks to the support of the lecturers and the enthusiastic participation of the students, the Mathematics Competition: Theory and Application (MCTA) - Season 2 was a great success.In order to continue that success as well as create more playgrounds for students of FMS, now the Organizing Committee (OC) officially announces that the MCTA has returned. There is currently a summer camp program in 2024 organized by the University of the West of England, Bristol (UWE), UK. Specifically:

Event time: From August 5 to August 16, 2024
Participation fee: 1,500 GBP
Deadline to register to participate: March 30, 2024

In order to help students better understand the benefits, scholarship policies and how to register for admission when students participate in the 4+1 Program, the Graduate Department organizes research and consultation activities 4+1 Program orientation advice to a large number of students of the University according to plan No. 29/KH-P.SDH dated March 12, 2024 issued by the Graduate Department.

On March 11, 2024, a group of students majoring in Applied Mathematics - Faculty of Natural Sciences - Can Tho University visited Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and interacted with lecturers of the Faculty of Mathematics - Statistics (FMS).

We are pleased to announce the upcoming International Conference on Applied Mathematics (ICAM 2024) that will take place from July 11^th to 13^th, 2024 at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 

The result of the semi-final of the Mathematics Competition 2023-2024 organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics (FMS) is available now. The list of students qualified for the final round can be viewed here.

The elimination round of the Mathematics Competition: Theory and Applications (MCTA) 2023-2024 organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics (FMS) has ended. Interested students can see the list of semi-finalists here.

The semi-finals will take place from 08:00 December 22, 2023 to 23:59 December 24, 2023. Students participating in the semi-finals will receive email notification from the organizers as soon as possible.

On the morning of December 3, 2023, at the campus of Canadian International School (BCIS), Phu My, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, the Math Open Day (MOD) took place with the theme "Mathematics for Everyone".
