+ The group collaborates with researchers from institutes and universities nationwide, especially in the South, the Institute of Mathematics in Hanoi, and countries around the world such as the USA, France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Poland, Australia, South Korea, China, India, Taiwan, Thailand, Iran, Chile, etc.
+ The group regularly organizes high-quality international seminars. The current strong group is a restructured version of the Optimization Research Group of the Faculty, established in 2022. This group developed the activities of the Southern Optimization Group, which started seminars in 1993. Since 2022, Ton Duc Thang University has facilitated seminars inviting highly reputable international professors from many countries such as France, Spain, Greece, Australia, China, the Czech Republic, Chile, etc., to present papers.
+ The group has chaired and is the core organizer of international conferences on various fields of mathematics at the university every 1-2 years. Specifically, in the last two years of 2024-2025, the ICAM 2024 and IWAM 2025 international conferences brought together mathematicians from all five continents and featured invited presentations from leading experts worldwide from the USA, UK, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Greece, China, Australia, Chile, Hong Kong, Thailand, and more.
+ The group continues the tradition of its predecessors to develop a sustainable group and contribute to the community, paying particular attention to supporting and inspiring research aspirations in young teachers. Specifically, the group has supervised 27 PhDs and nearly 200 Master's students.
