The AARG research group held the first seminar in a series of three academic seminars

At 7:30 AM on Friday, May 29, 2026, the AARG research group from the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Ton Duc Thang University, successfully held its first seminar in a series of three in-depth academic seminars.

The seminar, chaired by Dr. Le Truong Nhat, attracted the attention and participation of researchers and lecturers from many prestigious universities, as well as students and alumni of the Faculty.

The seminar content included reports on various research directions in Applied Analysis and Applied Mathematics, such as:

• Partial differential equations
• Non-local stochastic equation
• Fractional calculus
• Statistics and Probability Modeling
• Fuzzy problems
• Testing in logistic regression

At the seminar, the presenters took turns presenting their research findings:

1️⃣Dr. Nguyen Huu Can
“On the continuity and existence of solutions for a fractional Kirchhoff parabolic equation”
2️⃣Dr. Tran Ngoc Thach
“Multi-parameter Holder continuity and limit behavior for a class of stochastic non-local equations”
3️⃣Ms. Che Ngoc Ha
“Development of a Probability Density Function Forecasting Model for Time Series”
4️⃣Dr. Nguyen Le Toan Nhat Linh
“Solutions to fuzzy initial value problems”
5️⃣Dr. Le Truong Nhat

The seminar took place in a serious and lively scientific exchange atmosphere, sparking many new research topics. Discussion questions and feedback from experts at other universities, as well as perspectives from alumni, contributed to improving the professional quality of the presentations.

The event was not only a place for academic exchange but also a great source of inspiration for students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics on their future scientific research endeavors. The AARG group's seminar series will continue with further in-depth content.
