UNIVERSITY ADMISSION INFORMATION FOR THE 2021-2022 ACADEMIC YEAR

In the 2021-2022 academic year, the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics will enroll two undergraduate majors: Applied Mathematics and Statistics. The Faculty enrolls students according to the methods of Ton Duc Thang University (please see here)

When studying at the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, students will:

- Study courses taught by lecturers with Master's and PhD degrees studying abroad, with 60% to 70% of the curriculum taught in English, including some courses taught directly by foreign lecturers.

- Two courses taught outside the University by agencies and enterprises.

- Excellent students will enjoy some preferential policies when studying for a master's degree at the University.

- Students in the 3rd and 4th years will have the opportunity to participate in the 4+1 program, in which students can register to study some courses of the master's program even if they have not graduated from university. After graduating from university, students only need to study for 1 more year to get a Master's degree, which means it only takes 5 years instead of 6 years (4 years of university and 2 years of graduate school).
