On September 9, 2024, the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics (FMS) held a meeting to welcome new students of K28. Attending the meeting were Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thanh Toan - Vice Dean in Charge of the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Dr. Truong Buu Chau - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Dr. Cao Xuan Phuong - Head of the Department of Statistics, Dr. Duong Thanh Phong - Head of the Department of Specialized Mathematics, along with  lecturers of FMS.

At the beginning of the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thanh Toan gave a welcome speech to the new students, shared with them some key information about the Faculty as well as sent them things to keep in mind when studying at the Faculty. Next, Dr. Truong Buu Chau also sent her congratulations to the new students along with his sincere sharing with them.

Also in the meeting, Dr. Cao Xuan Phuong and Dr. Duong Thanh Phong shared with the new students ways to contact the Faculty when they have problems to discuss or need support.

The new students also asked many questions to the Faculty leaders and the academic club management board. Below are some pictures at the meeting.
