Studying mathematics doesn't necessarily mean becoming a mathematician, but it provides valuable tools and skills to understand and solve problems in many scientific and technological fields.

The Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics trains students to possess the necessary knowledge and skills for future careers: teaching mathematics or working in fields related to mathematics or statistics. Students in the department learn mathematical thinking methods and develop skills in analyzing and calculating statistical data, applying their learned knowledge creatively and effectively to meet the demands of the workplace in the context of Vietnam's ongoing international integration.
