Students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics at TDTU selected to participate in the scientific research summer school at VIASM

Students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics at Ton Duc Thang University have been honored with selection to participate in the 2026 "Student Research Internship" Summer School, organized by the Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics (VIASM).

The program spans approximately 10 weeks and combines in-person and online activities. Students are introduced to various research directions, select specific topics, work in teams under faculty guidance, and attend regular seminars. High-performing students will be selected to continue the program and will have the opportunity to present their research findings at the final stage.

Notably, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Minh Phuong—a lecturer from the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics at Ton Duc Thang University—has been invited to serve as an instructor for the Summer School.

The program offers students the chance to engage with an in-depth research environment, enhance their academic capabilities, and gain practical experience in scientific research.
