ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ENTRIES TO THE 2026 MATHEMATICS COMPETITION - THEORY AND APPLICATIONS

Dear students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics,
The Organizing Committee of the "Mathematics - Theory and Application 2026" competition, themed "Mathematics in the Age of Artificial Intelligence," would like to express our sincere gratitude for your enthusiastic interest and participation in this year's competition.
Understanding the pressure you face during the peak period of final exams, and wishing to provide the best possible conditions for contestants to have more time to refine and perfect their entries to achieve the highest quality, the Organizing Committee has decided to extend the deadline for submitting entries.

Specifically as follows:
• Old deadline for submission: 23:59 on May 20, 2026
• New deadline for submission: 23:59 on June 5, 2026
