On December 10, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) solemnly held the Appointment and Reappointment Ceremony for Professors and Associate Professors, honoring scientists with outstanding achievements in teaching, research, and contributions to the overall development of the University. 

At the ceremony, Dr. Le Ba Khiet, lecturer in the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, was appointed Associate Professor by the University's Academic Title Council. This is a well-deserved recognition of his tireless efforts in scientific research, international publications, and positive contributions to the Faculty's and University's training activities over the years. 

The addition of a new Associate Professor to the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics is not only a joy for Dr. Le Ba Khiet personally, but also contributes to enhancing the prestige of the faculty, promoting the quality of training and research in the Faculty, and contributing to TDTU's goal of becoming a leading research university in the region. Immediately after the appointment ceremony, the Faculty leadership, lecturers, students, and alumni sent flowers to congratulate Associate Professor Dr. Le Ba Khiet.
