Notice to students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics:
Below is information about student scientific research for the new school year. Interested students, please read carefully to register to participate:
1. INFORMATION ABOUT STUDENT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH 2025-2026
- Purpose: Create a useful playground for students to access modern knowledge, get acquainted with research in addition to studying at University
- Target: All students currently studying at the University
- Content: Students will carry out scientific research topics under the guidance of instructors
- Expected timelines:
+ From now until October 13, 2025: Registration
+ October-November 2025: Review outline
+ From December 2025 to May 2026: Implement the topic (if approved)
+ End of May 2026: Acceptance at Faculty level
+ July 2026: Acceptance at University level (if the topic is proposed to participate in the University)
+ Next: Participate in non-University level (if proposed)
- Student benefits: In addition to learning and accessing research, students will be proposed to add points to Graduation Thesis/Substitute subject if they achieve high prizes (3rd prize at University level or higher)
2. HOW TO REGISTER
- Registration form: Individual or group (maximum 3 students)
Note: Final year students can only register when doing it with at least 1 member of the junior class.

- How to submit the application: Submit both hard and soft copies
+ Hard copies including the registration form and outline: submit to Mr. Thach (room C126)
+ Soft copies including the word file of the registration form (no photo or signature required) and the word file of the outline (no signature required): submit to Mr. Thach's email (tranngocthach@tdtu.edu.vn)
- Deadline: From now until 11:00 on October 13, 2025
